Non-code contribution are the vital air of Open Source project, covering tasks that span from project to community management and advocacy, these contributions often times open the doors for non-tech contributors to develop a career in tech. How recognizing these contributions can help projects be more diverse? I'll be sharing best practices and recommendations to achieve this.
