Apache Ozone is the next-generation distributed storage under the Apache Foundation. It has a simple architecture, good scalability, and supports both the S3 object protocol and the Hadoop file system. It supports various computing engines such as MR, Hive, Spark, and Impala, and allows AWS client access. It also has rich enterprise-level features. Data security is the cornerstone of any storage system. This presentation will mainly introduce the data security features of Apache Ozone, including data storage reliability, replica disaster recovery, data inspection, data verification, access security, authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, etc. Through these functions, users can achieve a secure and reliable big data storage system.

Chen Yi is the Chief Storage Engineer at Cloudera and the Chairman of the Apache Ozone open source community PMC. She has long been focused on the field of distributed storage. Currently, she works at Cloudera as the Chief Storage Engineer. She has previously worked at Tencent and Intel, where she was responsible for big data storage technology.
